"Tsk..." An irritated noise escaped him as he easily whipped his hand forward in a drying motion, splattering the blood that was upon it everywhere. "Pathetically fragile." He grumbled to himself as he tossed the heart that had been in his other hand behind him, allowing the body before him to fall into a crumpled mess. Around him were a few more, some more mangaled and unrecognizable as humans than others. Those were the ones who thought that they might try to fight back. Those were the ones he took pleasure in ripping apart the most. Of course it was always short lived. Humans were just so much more fragile.
Bending down he took to wiping the blood off on the victim's clothes before standing up and stepping on and over them. "Well, I can't bring him any of those." Eihbol again grumbled aloud to himself. He couldn't bring the mighty and awesome Kayne something so lame. Then again, most of these beings were lame. Still, he had seen a few that were worthy of being a trophy. Other humans seemed to hire them sometimes, though Eihbol had never really run into one for himself.
"Hm... Now that's interesting." The white haired demon muttered as he stopped walking and placed his hands on his hips. A pair of demons - who already looked as if they had been fighting - were swooping down from the sky further into the town than Eihbol had been. He really hadn't planned on making a grand entrance to the entire town, but now his curisoity was peaked. Obviously there must have been something good for those two to make an appearance, though the lowly type of demons often hunted recklessly. Well, that meant either way he'd get some sort of show. Easily pushing himself off the ground, he flew the short distance and perched himself on a roof where he could best watch, without being seen just yet. An interesting little duo of humans that seemed to catch the two demon's eyes.

@eihbol
Though they had never planned for this to happen, they had considered the possibility of a demon attack. This was unclaimed territory, after all. There were no humans to protect the borders, and so the vile creatures were free to wander in and out without any issue at all. And that was how Crow and Shiro managed to get separated from Lucius. Because of the unguarded boarders. His sword drawn and a firm grip on the girl's arm, Crow dragged Shiro through the town of Berrima, and ducking out of the way of the demon's aerial attacks.
By the time that they had made it outside of the town and into the surrounding forest, Shiro's breath was raspy and laboured and her eyes wide with fear. Crow watched her for a short moment before pulling her into his chest. "Lucius will be fine. He knows how to fight, trust me." Coughing a little, Shiro nodded, a little reassured, even if it wasn't by much.

Eihbol made an audible tsk noise as the little humans ran into the forest. Well that was no fun. Thankfully it seemed those two lesser demons weren't about to give up as they grounded themselves and gave chase. "Now this is interesting." Of course his inner curiousity couldn't resist and he followed along quietly behind. Remaining out of sight even when the demons caught up.
"You thought you could get away with damaging my face you pathetic human?" The bigger demon growled as the smaller one snickered. They slowly approached both Crow and Shiro, obviously ready to attack. Honestly, Eihbol was interested in seeing what exactly would happen, but he wasn't really sure how long these two would last in a two on one fight. Especially since the girl looked like she was about to keel over and the male would probably die trying to protect her pathetic little life.
"I'm all for playing dirty, but I would hate to see the fun end too soon." Eihbol started as he finally made himself known, taking to leaning on a nearby tree with an amused look on his face. "It's much more fun watching them struggle." The white haired demon mentioned with a smirk on his face. It was only met with a growl from the bigger demon. "Stay out of this pretty boy. Just because Kayne wants your ass, doesn't mean we do."
Eihbol rolled his eyes and pretended to be hurt. "Oh... My poor non-existant feelings." Standing up straight again he apprached the larger demon, grasping his chin harshly and pulling his face close. "Too bad, I think you'd enjoy my ass." Squeezing his hand harder and harder, a terrible crunching noise sounded for a moment before a scream of agnoy as the white haired demon pulled the larger's jaw away from his face.
Tossing the thing behind him, Eihbol made another 'tsk' noise and wiped his hands off on the demon he just pulled the jaw off of. "Look at that... Getting my hands all dirty." He looked toward the two demons and then the two humans. "Well, weren't you bragging about they were about to pay?" The larger demon made no motion instead tending to his broken jaw and bleeding everywhere. The smaller one was stunned but refocused and nodded. The smaller demon now turned his attention toward Crow as Eihbol once again held an amused look on his face, waiting to see what the humans would do.

@eihbol
Crow growled quietly as the two demons caught up, and he roughly pulled Shiro behind him and took a defensive stance, ready to attack at any given moment. He could feel the girl behind him gripping the fabric of his jacket and reaching for a knife slipped into his belt, and internally smiled. It would be a grave mistake to underestimate Shiro, especially when all of her greatest fears gathered in one place. She wasn't one to freeze up in a situation like this, and not many people could pick her out to be a fighter. Crow was pulled from his thoughts when another demon made an appearance, and his gaze shifted slightly as the three exchanged words. 'Kayne? Is that the leader of the demons? Those thoughts, too were also brought to a stop when the white-haired one very easily broke the jaw of the other, muttering something about getting his hands dirty, and the blonde snarled at the situation. Just like predators fighting over a kill, humans really were nothing more than prey for the demons now. He readied his weapon just as the demons turned their gaze back to them, and Shiro slipped the knife from his belt, still playing the part of the terrified human. Apparently the smaller one didn't know the meaning of a strategic attack, and instead charged directly at the two humans. Shiro leapt back and Crow easily parried the reckless attack and stepped behind it as it was regaining its balance, swinging his sword fluently at it and severing the nape of its neck. The demon didn't even have time to scream in pain, simply falling to a crumpled mess on the ground. Not missing a beat, Crow resumed his original position, his sapphire blue gaze dark as he glared at the remaining two demons while Shiro stood not that far behind him, her back pressed against the back of a tree. "Wrong day to come hunting, hellspawn." He growled, readying his blade again.
Eihbol made that same disappointed click of his tongue when Crow made quick work of the smaller demon who stupidly decided to charge forward. Though, the white haired demon wasn't surprised in the least. After all these two had been following the two humans head long since probably before he spotted any of them. They were after all, the reason he even saw them in the first place. Glancing toward the human who mentioned it being a bad day for hunting, Eihbol could only laugh. The laughter soon turned into over exaggerated laughter though as he slapped the jawless demon on the back. "Oh, did you hear that? I think we're supposed to be scared." A rather evil smirk just came across his lips as he shot a look toward both the girl and Crow.
Standing up he gave a shrug of his shoulders and shook his head, "Well, since you said it's a bad day for hunting, maybe we should pack up our bags and go. No?" He smirked more and looked toward the jawless demon, who was entirely unsure of anything he wanted to do anymore. Eihbol was fucking crazy to him at this point, ripping off his jaw like that. "Of course, I came all the way here for some fun though." Turning his attention to the jawless one, the look Eihbol gave to him, sent a shiver down the bigger demon's spine. "Go ahead... Entertain me." He barked out in a commanding voice.
The jawless one hesitated for a moment before deciding he was probably dead either way. He would at least think out his attack a little better. Cautiously stepping toward one side of Crow before pacing back to the other side, his eyes shifted around obviously looking for a vantage point. Eihbol simply crossed his arms over his chest making a huffing noise as if this were taking entirely too long. Which to him it was. He wanted action, not boring thinking. But soon jawless was up in the air until he disappeared above the trees. Everything grew silent for a moment, only the wind rustling and Eihbol making an bored noise could be heard. Then all at once, the demon came swooping down from the back.

@eihbol
Crow's look turned into one of disgust as the white haired demon laughed, clearly mocking him. Did these hellspawns really perceive all humans to be weak, fragile creatures? They were sorely mistaken. For now it looked as if the other demon was just going to stand back and watch the show for now, so he instead fixed most of his attention to the jawless one as his companion ordered him to entertain him. His hard gaze followed him as he paced back and forth, looking for a hole in his defence, before disappearing into the sky. Crow's stance relaxed slightly as the remaining demon groaned in boredom. "Uh...Crow?" Shiro's voice broke through the silence, but Ye blonde mercenary was already a step ahead. It seemed that this demon actually had a weapon on him, and had it drawn as he shot from the sky. "Son of a..." Crow lowered his weapon and braves himself as he wrapped his hand around the demon's drawn blade, wincing in pain as he used the momentum from his areal attack to throw him into a tree. Only the sound of bones crushing and wood splintering could be heard as Crow once again turned back to the other demon and reading his blade again.
Eihbol kept that bored look of his until the jawless one made an appearance from the trees. It seemed the blonde human had been expecting it but not expecting it all at the same time. Now, it was getting interesting. Eihbol grinned in delight as the human male caught the blade in his hands, the scent of his blood filling the air and the look of pain - no matter how brief - crossed the blonde's face. It was obvious the white haired demon was enjoying the show, at least until the jawless one went flying and crashing into a tree.
The four horned demon sighed and shook his head, "And they talked such a big talk." The male sighed out, quite disappointed with the show he received. "It got so good in the middle and then...." He made a motion for cutting someone's throat but gave a shrug. "Well, no reason we can't play." He mentioned with a grin on his face.
Eihbol approached the blonde, quite calm, though he was very aware of Crow's blade. "What do you say meat sack? Feel like playing still? Or maybe she would rather?" He mentioned glancing toward Shiro, staring at her as if she were some toy that he could tear apart before returning his fixated gaze onto the blonde. "Such a shame though... You're pretty cute for a meat bag." Lifting his hand covered in a metal claw glove he licked one of the sharp fingers. "Maybe I should keep you for a bit." He smirked, stopping just out of blades reach from the human male.

Keep still, keep quiet they still know you haven't left yet
Crow's Starr remained emotionless as the demon went on about how disappointed he was in his two companions, as if the whole thing were nothing more than a game to him. Then again, it probably was and it probably will be for a very long time. At least, until the humans could bounce back and take on the demons with full force. Though, the chances of that happening in Crow's lifetime was very slim. The blonde's jaw clenched as the white-haired demon approached, asking if he wanted to play before directing his gaze toward Shiro, asking if she would rather, instead of the mercenary. Instantly, all of Crow's protective switches flipped, and he moved to stand in front of his charge, his grip on his blade strengthening by eons. "No way in hell, demon." He growled, before talking to Shiro. "Shiro. Go back into town. I'll catch up." He felt the girl's grip at his back again, and she didn't move for several long, agonising seconds before she finally complied and darted off into the opposite direction. Now he could only hope that this demon didn't decide to give chase. There was no doubt that this demon was on a different caliber than any of the other hellspawns that he had encountered. The most obvious were his feathered wings, rather than the more draconic ones the other demons seemed to sport. And the fact that he had two sets of wings was slightly unnerving. The two sets of horns, too, especially the lower set, would prove to be a pain to deal with since they grew out as to protect the sides of his face and neck. Crow took a single step back as the demon approached, and took on a more defensive stance. This was sure to be a difficult battle, no doubt.
Eihbol watched as the blonde seemed to only get angrier. How amusing. He loved when the little meat bags got all worked up, that was usually when they made their biggest mistakes. Of course when the command toward the girl for her to run came, he chuckled a bit and shook his head. "Now, now that's no fair... What if she wanted to play too?" An annoying smirk crossed Eihbol's lips as he opened his wings looking toward Crow.
Without any kind of warning, the massive things swept forward, creating an incredible gust of wind and dirt flying toward the blonde. Not waiting for it to clear, the demon was up in the air and speeding in the direction the white haired girl had gone in. Weaving through the trees, he easily caught up with her swooping down, simply to push her to the ground. Landing some feet in front of her, he placed his hands onto his hips and grinned. "Aw, tag... You're it." He smirked as he waited for her to stand. He also looked passed her wondering just how long it would take the blonde to catch up. He knew that the meat bag would though.

[attr="class","main"][attr="class","uma"]Shiro was convinced that she was going to trip and fall ass-up while running from this godforsaken demon. Every step was hell, and every breath felt like fire in her lungs. 'Gn. This is what I get for never leaving the house..!' She was about to take cover behind a tree while she figure out which was Berrima was, or until Crow caught up. Whichever came first. Though, at this point, she would much rather have Crow with her rather than running into town and risk being confronted by another demon. Apparently, she wouldn't get her wish, and the four-horned demon from before swooped down from the sky, knocking her over and ginning sadistically at her. If he was here now...then did that mean...? "No way..." Shiro stared at the demon standing before her, her eyes wide with both fear and pure hate, and her grip on the hilt of her knife tightened as she slowly stood, not daring to take her pale blue eyes off the hellspawn in front of her. 'Tag? Is this a damn game to him?!' Shiro's anger flared at the thought of what this...thing had done to Crow, and without thinking about how much of a terrible idea it was, lunged at the demon. If she could just stab the asshole, then she seriously didn't care what happened after that point...
Eihbol grinned as he stared at the girl. She was much more afraid than she let on, but that hate that she was expressing. Well, it was simply delicious. Of course he hardly expected this little thing to be so brave, and so entirely stupid. Well he supposed he should't have been that surprised. The meat bags constantly proved to him they weren't the brightest crayon's in the box. As the white haired girl lunged at him, he made a noise of pleased amusement.
It wasn't terribly hard for Eihbol to dodge her, after all she was holding a knife. Maybe if it had been a sword, she might have actually hit him with her surprise attack. Side stepping and spinning around her, he grabbed her wrist - the side with the knife - from behind her now, pulling her close to him, his other hand easily coming up around her neck. "Silly little girl. I didn't say I'd give you a head start." He teased, as his claws dug into her skin. Turning them both around once again to face the direction the blonde would come from, if he came, Eihbol tightened his grip.
"It isn't too fun finishing off something so frail..." He sighed out in a rather disappointed tone. Leaning down he placed his lips to her ear, but his eyes remained focused before them. "If your little friend comes to rescue you, what do you think he will do?" Eihbol asked in almost anticipated excitement. Obviously the blonde would probably be pissed, and honestly the white haired demon was excited to see what would happen next. His grip of both her neck and wrist tightened only more, his claws finally drawing blood, though just a small bit. His hand on her wrist gripping tight enough to probably leave a bruise.

Really, Shiro should have expected it, but it still came as a surprise all the same when the demon dodged her attack and stepped behind her, seizing her dominant and and pulling her into his chest, his other hand curling around her throat. Almost instantly, Shiro went limp in the hellspawn's grasp, instead choosing to focus on breathing around the threat to her air supply. She flinched, suppressing a whimper as he dug his claws into her skin, and she struggled in his grasp, if only a little. As his grip on her wrist tightened, Shiro was forced to drop the knife in her hand, and she slumped in defeat at the words he spoke into her ear. This was it...wasn't it? This demon would most likely kill her in the same horrific way that her mother most likely was. "SHIRO!" Shiro looked up as Crow burst through the trees, stopping abruptly when he saw Eihbol's hold on the girl. The blonde readied his blade and glared at the white-haired demon. "Bastard. Let her go!"
As the blonde finally came bursting through the trees Eihbol grinned rather pleased with the situation. "Ah, there you are. I was beginning to think you had gotten lost~" The white haired demon taunted the other male. With Shiro still stuck to him, his claws still digging into her skin he smirked. "Let her go? Why would I let my precious little toy go? She's was awfully naughty while you were away... Trying to stab me... Precious thing." That grin was still apparent on his face, and it was more apparent that he wanted to piss Crow off.
His grip on the girl's wrist tightened. Really, such a fragile little thing it would be so easy to kill her right now. He wouldn't of course. It was much to fun playing with this one. "Well... What ever will you do?" Eihbol taunted, still excited to see just what this human might do. While the white haired demon entirely took this as a game, he was still on guard. He knew that Crow was beyond just an ordinary human, and that was what made this all the more exciting. All the more entertaining. This human might try something daring, foolish, and yet so stupid that it could work. But Eihbol would be as prepared for anything as he possibly could be without being psychic.
Keep still, keep quiet they still know you haven't left yet
Crow growled at the demon who was having fat too much fun with the whole situation. That anger flared when he referred to Shiro as his toy. He could see the panic in the girl's eyes at his words and when his grip seemed to tighten around her wrist. He already had her bleeding at the neck and wrist. Was he planning on crushing her bones too? If the demon was trying to piss him off, then he was doing a pretty damn good job of it. The demon continued to taunt him, asking what he would do next. What would he do? If he attacked front on, then he would more than likely hit Shiro in the process. Hell, if he attacked at all, he had no doubt that the demon would use the girl as a meat shield. That was the way that those vile creatures were, weren't they? Playing dirty was their forte, right next to mass murder and massacring whole towns just for the hell of it. Though, he imagined that trying to move Shiro around to use as a barrier between him and the mercenary would be no easy task. And if Shiro had already been putting up some resistance... Crow's grip on his blade tightened, and he winced a little at the pain from the wound of his hand from earlier. "I can imagine that my charge has been no easy task to deal with," He said, shifting his stance a little, ready to attack. "I'll be taking her back now." With those words, Crow rushed at the demon, changing direction when he was but a few centimetres from the hellspawn, and stepping around and behind him, drawing his blade back to strike...
Eihbol was entirely pleased with Crows obvious predicament. He seemed to be thinking about what exactly he should do all the while getting more and more angry. Of course this was exactly what Eihbol wanted, so it made him rather excited. As the blonde spoke about Shiro not being easy to deal with Eihbol only laughed. Not easy? She had been entirely easy to deal with. She simply thought she would make a better effort. "Oh you are sadly mistaken little meat bag." Eihbol smirked as the blonde shifted his stance. It would be a grave mistake to misunderstand Eihbol's words in such a way.
As Crow rushed at him, Eihbol made no movements simply keeping his eyes locked on the blonde with that smirk on his face. At the last moment the human changed direction and drew his sword back, Eihbol's smirk only grew. With quick and fluid movement Eihbol swung Shiro backward by her neck. If he hadn't been gripping it in his hand she probably would have gotten whiplash from the speed and force he had used. Holding her up and off the ground by the throat at full arms length away from Crow, his other hand sped past the blonde's face and gripped the blade that was coming down toward him. Blood dripped down Eihbol's arm as the sword cut into his skin, but it didn't seem to phase him as his face was now inches away from Crow's, his horns a mere head shake away from piercing the blonde's neck. "Now, now meat bag... Wasn't that careless of you? What's the fun in killing me if I kill your precious little toy first?" He mentioned cutting off Shiro's air supply more as if to prove a point. "I could have snapped her before you even made it to me." His tone was low and that smirk was ever apparent on his face.
Staring down Crow, who would certainly not move in this moment for Shiro's sake, Eihbol finally moved. In another fluid and swift movement he pushed back and up off the ground, his wings making another gust of wind as he threw Shiro backward against a tree - incredibly hard, landing to stand between her and Crow. Looking at the blood dripping from his wound, he licked at it slowly before grinning maniacally "Let's play human."
